Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through Sprout or our authorized dealers are considered final sale. This includes mattresses, toppers, pillows, box springs, duvets, sheets, mattress protectors and other accessories. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases covered by our warranty policy.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered under our warranty, please refer to our Warranty Policy for guidance. Sprout offers a full warranty for mattresses (10 years) and box springs (5 years). Accessories and toppers are not covered by warranty. Damaged During Shipping

Sprout is not liable for damages that occur during shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact the delivery service directly to file a claim. Our team will assist in the claims process if necessary.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipping or pick up. Once the product has been dispatched, the sale is final. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@sproutsleep.com or 780-444-1388
