Regions Served

We currently offer delivery to locations within Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to international locations outside of these regions.

Free Shipping

Sprout offers free delivery for all mattress set orders (mattress + box spring) within the regions we serve. This ensures you receive the full sleep experience without additional shipping costs. Shipping costs for other products, such as pillows, comforters, mattress pads, sheet sets and other accessories, may vary based on location and order size.

Delivery Times

Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. For remote areas or special circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Providers

We partner with reliable third-party commercial delivery services to transport your products safely and on time. These providers maintain commercial insurance to handle any shipping-related issues.

Damages During Shipping

While we ensure the utmost care in packaging, any damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the third-party delivery provider. If your product arrives damaged, please contact the shipping provider directly. Sprout will assist you in the claims process if required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow the journey of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Final Sale Policy

Please note that all purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, warranty claims for eligible items due to manufacturing defects are honored in accordance with our warranty policy.
